UHPC Ultra-Thin Panels
High-performance prefabricated UHPC component with ultra-high strength, ultra-thin design and superior surface finish. Ideal for long-span buildings, stadiums and old building reinforcement projects requiring high structural efficiency and durable crack resistance.
Physical Properties
Mix Design & Application
Water-Cement Ratio
High fluidity, suitable for ultra-thin molding
Working Time
Minutes at 20℃ (rapid molding, avoiding sagging)
Curing Time
Days under standard environment, 70% strength achievable in 2 days with steam curing (50℃)
Test Standards

National Standard
GB/T 50081-2019、GB/T 1031-2009、GB/T 50476-2019

International Standard
ASTM C78-22、ASTM C1856/C1856M-24、ISO 1920-3:2019
Primary Applications
Curved Decorative Skin
Streamlined walls of art galleries and science and technology museums, realizing large-span bending
Lightweight Partition
Movable partitions in commercial spaces (e.g., clothing stores, exhibition halls), installable by a single person
Old Building Finish Renovation
Decorative transformation of inner walls and ceilings of old buildings, directly pasted on the original base course
Furniture Panels
Finishes for high-end custom furniture (e.g., display cabinets, background walls), replacing thin stone

Performance Benefits
Structural Efficiency
Under the same load-bearing capacity, component thickness is 40%-50% less than traditional PC boards, reducing building self-weight
Crack Resistance & Durability
Three-dimensional bonding of steel fibers, maintaining load-bearing capacity when crack width ≤0.1mm, extending service life to 100+ years
Cost Economy
Life-cycle maintenance cost 35%-45% lower than traditional concrete structures
Installation Process
Substrate Preparation
Concrete base course requires curing for ≥28 days, surface flatness error ≤2mm/2m, no oil stains or loose particles
Mixing Preparation
Using forced double-shaft mixer, high speed (120-150 RPM) to disperse fibers for 3-5 minutes, low speed (30-50 RPM) to exhaust for 2 minutes
Construction
Prefabricated boards adopt dry splicing, UHPC slurry poured at joints, free fall height ≤1m during hoisting
Finishing & Curing
Cover with moisture-preserving film within 12 hours after pouring, keep moist for 7 days under standard environment, and cover with electric blanket for heat preservation at low temperature
Equipment & Tools
Construction Equipmen
- Forced double-shaft mixer
- Manipulator hoisting equipment
- UHPC slurry pouring machine
- Concrete leveling machine
Safety Equipment
- PPE (safety helmet, non-slip shoes)
- Dust mask (KN95 grade)
- Goggles
- Temporary ventilation fan
Substrate Compatibility
Compatible Substrates
- Qualified cured concrete (C30 and above)
- Galvanized steel structure (primer thickness ≥60μm)
- Existing UHPC surface (needs rough grinding)
Incompatible Substrates
- Uncured concrete (strength <20MPa)
- Wooden base course
- Untreated painted surface (easy to peel off)
Additive Compatibility
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer
dosage 0.8%-1.2%, a high-performance water reducer that significantly improves UHPC mixture fluidity and reduces water-binder ratio while maintaining strength
RecommendedInorganic colorant
dosage ≤5%, pigments made from inorganic minerals that provide long-lasting and stable color to UHPC with strong weather resistance and no easy fading
CompatibleMixing organic fibers prohibited
organic material fibers have poor compatibility with UHPC matrix and will significantly reduce material strength and durability

Optimal Conditions
Special Considerations
- Construction prohibited in rainy days
- Ice water mixing (water temperature ≤15℃) required at high temperature (>35℃)
- Ambient temperature not lower than 5℃ for winter construction
