Installation Process
Substrate Preparation
Base course needs leveling (flatness error ≤3mm/2m), floating dust and oil stains removed, concrete base course cured for ≥28 days (strength ≥C30), old ground needs rough grinding (surface roughness Ra≥3.2μm)
Mixing Preparation
Prefabricated finished products require no on-site mixing; for on-site casting, mix with high-shear mixer (≥1400 RPM), add carborundum wear-resistant aggregate (dosage 10%-15%) to improve wear resistance, stir for 4-5 minutes to ensure uniformity
Construction
Prefabricated finished products use "mortar leveling + pasting" process, panel joint width ≤1mm, sealed with same-color sealant; on-site casting uses laser leveler for paving, surface troweling twice (30 minutes interval) to ensure flatness
Finishing & Curing
Cover with moisture-preserving film 6 hours after pasting/casting, natural curing for 7 days, heavy load prohibited during curing (≤5kN/m²), and can be used normally after 28 days when design strength is reached

Optimal Conditions
Special Considerations
- Construction prohibited in rainy days
- Spray moisturizing (once every 2 hours) at high temperature (>35℃) to avoid surface cracking
- Use warm water (20-30℃) for mixing at low temperature (<5℃), and cover with thermal insulation quilt for curing
