UHPC Powder Material
Ultra-high-strength fiber-reinforced concrete produced using cement and mineral admixtures as bindingmaterials, combined with aggregates,admixtures,high-strength microfine steel fibers and non-metallicfi bers, and water as raw materials.
Physical Properties
moisture content ≤0.5%
homogeneity density deviation ≤2%
Mix Design & Application
Water-Cement Ratio
Suitable for different construction fluidity requirements, low water-binder ratio improves strength
Working Time
Minutes at 20℃ (construction must be completed within the specified time after mixing to avoid initial setting)
Initial Strength Curing Time
Days under standard environment; shortened to 3 days with steam curing (60℃); extended to more than 14 days at low temperature (<10℃)
Test Standards

National Standard
GB/T 50081-2019、GB/T 1345-2005、GB/T 50476-2019

International Standard
ASTM C109-23、ASTM C1856/C1856M-24、ISO 679:2009
Primary Applications
UHPC Precast Product Production
Used to manufacture precast components such as UHPC curtain walls, countertops, and floor panels to ensure product consistency
On-Site Mixing Construction
Suitable for old building reinforcement and local repair (e.g., bridge crack repair), with adjustable performance on demand
Industrial Equipment Foundations
Heavy-load equipment bases and anti-corrosion floor bases, improving foundation strength and durability
Customized Product Processing
High-end decorative components (e.g., artistic reliefs, landscape sculptures), supporting color and texture customization

Performance Benefits
Convenient Storage
Sealed packaging (25kg paper bag/900kg ton bag), long shelf life in dry environment (6 months for paper bags, 3 months for ton bags), easy for long-term storage
Environmental Protection & Low Carbon
Made from natural minerals, no VOC emissions during production, and can be mixed with industrial by-products (e.g., silica fume) to reduce resource waste
Flexible Construction
Supports mixing with small mixers, suitable for on-site small-area construction and large-scale production in large prefabrication plants
Installation Process
Substrate Preparation
For on-site casting, the base course must be clean (no oil stains, floating dust), concrete base course cured for ≥28 days (strength ≥C25), and interface agent applied if necessary (dosage 0.2 kg/m²)
Mixing Preparation
Use a high-shear mixer (≥1200 RPM), first add powder, admixtures and water, stir for 3-4 minutes until fluid, then add fibers (steel fibers/synthetic fibers), and continue stirring for 2-3 minutes until fibers are evenly dispersed
Construction
For prefabrication, cast into molds and vibrate for compaction (frequency 200-300 Hz); for on-site construction, use manual or mechanical paving, thickness deviation ≤±2mm
Finishing & Curing
Cover with moisture-preserving film within 12 hours after casting, keep moist for 7 days under standard environment, cover with electric blanket for heat preservation (temperature ≥5℃) at low temperature (<10℃), and maintain humidity ≥95% for steam curing
Equipment & Tools
Construction Equipmen
- High-shear mixer (small/large)
- Vibration compaction equipment (prefabrication)
- Powder storage tank (large-scale production)
- Interface agent brushing tools
Safety Equipment
- PPE (safety helmet, non-slip shoes)
- Dust mask (KN95 grade)
- Ventilation equipment (to reduce dust diffusion)
- Anti-static gloves (to avoid fiber electrostatic adsorption)
Substrate Compatibility
Compatible Substrates
- Concrete cured for ≥28 days (C25 and above)
- Primed steel structures (galvanized layer ≥60μm)
- Existing UHPC surfaces (need rough grinding)
Incompatible Substrates
- Wood (easy to damp and deform, affecting adhesion)
- Plastic (easy to soften at high temperature
Additive Compatibility
Polycarboxylate superplasticizer
dosage 0.8%-1.2%, high-performance water reducer, improving fluidity with excellent slump retention, fluidity loss <10% in 45 minutes
RecommendedInorganic colorant
dosage ≤5%, inorganic mineral pigment, long-lasting and weather-resistant color, no fading risk
CompatibleOrganic fibers prohibited
poor compatibility with UHPC matrix, reducing strength and durability

Optimal Conditions
Special Considerations
- On-site construction prohibited in rainy days (to prevent material segregation)
- Use ice water (water temperature ≤15℃) for mixing at high temperature (>35℃), and shorten working time to within 30 minutes
