Installation Process
Substrate Preparation
Cabinet base course needs to be level (error ≤2mm/2m) and stable, wooden cabinets need moisture-proof paint (thickness ≥30μm)
Mixing Preparation
Mixed with high-shear mixer (≥1400 RPM), nano-filler added (dosage 5%-8%, improving compactness), mixing time 3-4 minutes
Construction
Prefabricated countertops fixed with bolts (spacing ≤500mm), under-mount sink joints sealed with UHPC slurry; on-site casting requires custom molds (precision ±0.5mm)
Finishing & Curing
No load-bearing within 24 hours after installation, natural curing for 7 days, protective agent applied after curing (improving stain resistance)

Polycarboxylate superplasticizer
0.8%-1.2%, a high-performance water reducer that significantly improves UHPC mixture fluidity and reduces water-binder ratio while maintaining strength

e.g., titanium dioxide, dosage ≤10%, natural or synthetic mineral pigments that provide color to UHPC with excellent light resistance, weather resistance and chemical stability

Special Considerations
- Kitchen countertop installation should avoid the later stage of decoration (avoiding oil pollution)
- Outdoor countertop should be covered with sunscreen film after installation (avoiding high-temperature cracking)
