Physical Properties
Mix Design & Application
Water-Cement Ratio
Balancing strength and workability, suitable for prefabrication
Working Time
Minutes at 20℃ (meeting prefabricated component pouring efficiency)
Curing Time
Days under standard environment; Extended to 12-18 days with heat preservation at low temperature (<10℃)
Test Standards

National Standard
GB/T 50081-2019、GB/T 16725-2021

International Standard
ASTM C78-22、ASTM C109-23、ISO 9284:2016
Primary Applications
Commercial Space Floors
Corridors and elevator halls of shopping malls and office buildings, high wear and stain resistance
Industrial Plant Mezzanines
Mezzanine floors for light-load equipment (≤5kN/m²), replacing steel plates
Old Building Floor Renovation
Floor transformation of old residences and schools, directly laid on the original floor (thickness ≥20mm)
Underground Garage Pedestrian Areas
Garage entrances and walkways, slip and penetration resistance

Performance Benefits
Slip Safety
High wet friction coefficient, no slip risk in rainy days or during cleaning, suitable for areas with elderly and children
Thin & Lightweight
Thickness only 20-40mm, 50% thinner than traditional cement self-leveling, no impact on indoor clear height
Rapid Construction
On-site paving efficiency up to 500 m²/day, accessible to pedestrians after 24 hours, shortening construction period
Installation Process
Substrate Preparation
Original floor needs leveling (error ≤3mm/2m), oil stains and floating dust removed, interface agent applied (dosage 0.2 kg/m²)
Mixing Preparation
Mixed with high-shear mixer (≥1200 RPM), mixing time 3-4 minutes, ensuring no agglomeration
Construction
Mechanical paving (thickness 20-40mm), defoaming roller used to remove bubbles, surface troweling 2-3 times
Finishing & Curing
Cover with moisture-preserving film 6 hours after paving, natural curing for 7 days, heavy load prohibited during curing
Equipment & Tools
Construction Equipmen
- High-shear mixer
- Mechanical paver
- Defoaming roller
- Floor troweling machine
Safety Equipment
- PPE (safety helmet, non-slip shoes)
- Dust mask (KN95 grade)
- Goggles
- Non-slip gloves
Substrate Compatibility
Compatible Substrates
- Cement self-leveling floor (strength ≥C20)
- Concrete base course (C25 and above)
- Ceramic tile floor (needs rough grinding)
Incompatible Substrates
- Wood floor (easy to damp)
- Plastic floor (easy to adhere at high temperature)
- Sanding floor (needs reinforcement first)
Additive Compatibility
Carborundum wear-resistant aggregate
dosage 10%-15%, high-hardness silicon carbide aggregate that significantly improves UHPC surface wear resistance and impact resistance
RecommendedPolycarboxylate superplasticizer
0.6%-1.0%, a high-performance water reducer that significantly improves UHPC mixture fluidity and reduces water-binder ratio while maintaining strength
CompatibleCalcium chloride prohibited
common early strength agent but causes steel corrosion and seriously affects UHPC long-term durability

Optimal Conditions
Special Considerations
- Warm water (20-30℃) mixing required for construction at low temperature (<5℃)
- Spray moisturizing required at high temperature (>35℃) to avoid surface cracking
